Charlie Barnett, M.D.

Charlie Barnett, M.D.

Dr. Barnett is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with deep roots in East Tennessee, where his family has resided for over two centuries. He completed an accelerated six-year combined program through Emory University and the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, earning his medical degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis.

With extensive experience spanning both inpatient hospital medicine and outpatient care, Dr. Barnett couples his clinical expertise with an entrepreneurial drive. He has founded multiple medical companies, focusing heavily on pioneering fields such as molecular disease detection and the integration of artificial intelligence into clinical practice.

Dr. Barnett’s commitment to preventive medicine is deeply personal. Having lost multiple relatives to premature heart disease and cancer, he has dedicated his life to rigorous nutritional discipline and consistent exercise—a blueprint for longevity that has served him well. He has been married to his wife, Sheila, for 46 years, and they enjoy life with their two children and five grandchildren. Dr. Barnett looks forward to partnering with you and sharing his extensive
knowledge to help you optimize your health.

Marty Prince, M.D.

Marty Prince, M.D.

Dr. Marty Prince was born and raised in Virginia and graduated with honors from Virginia Tech before attending the Medical College of Virginia. As a medical student, he inducted into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society. He went on to complete training in internal medicine, pulmonary medicine, and critical care and has practiced with triple board certification since 1985. He was a founding partner in StatCare which has become one of the largest private pulmonary critical practices in the country.

Beyond medicine, Dr. Prince has been an avid amateur athlete. His athletic journey began with endurance running, later expanded into martial arts—earning a black belt in taekwondo—and evolved into a decades-long passion for cycling. In 2019 was part of a team completing the Race Across America, one of the world’s most demanding endurance cycling events.

Dr. Prince has been married for 49 years and together with his wife Jacque, has raised two sons and a daughter. He is also the proud grandfather of four granddaughters. Outside of medicine and athletics, he is an avid guitarist and vocalist who regularly performs with his local cover band in Knoxville. His life reflects a blend of professional dedication and a continuing passion for family, music, and athletic performance.

Peggy Pratt, PhD, RD, LD, CEDS-C

Peggy Pratt, PhD, RD, LD, CEDS-C

Peggy is the founder and owner of Radiant Nutrition, a private nutrition practice based in Knoxville, TN. She has over 33 years of experience in the field of nutrition and has helped thousands of
clients heal their body through individualized nutrition therapy. Her expertise includes eating disorders/chronic dieting, food sensitivities, chronic inflammation, women’s health/PCOS, and gastrointestinal concerns. She also incorporates a variety of functional testing methods to help identify and address the root causes of complex health symptoms.

Peggy earned her PhD in Nutrition with an emphasis in Institutional Administration from Texas Woman’s University. She also holds a Master of Science in Nutrition from Texas Woman’s University and a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Kansas State University. In
addition, she is a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist and Consultant.

Alongside her private practice work, Peggy’s professional background includes providing medical nutrition therapy in both hospital and outpatient settings, as well as experience in school nutrition programs. She previously served as adjunct faculty at University of Tennessee, Texas Woman’s University, and University of Texas-Southwestern Medical Center. She currently collaborates with the University of Tennessee Athletics Department to provide eating disorder support services for student athletes. Outside of her professional work, Peggy enjoys art, Jeeps, mountain getaways, coffee, and exploring local farmers markets.

Britt Dalton, PT, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT

Britt Dalton, PT, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT

Britt Dalton earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from The University of Tennessee, Chattanooga in 2006. He is a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist, Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Therapists, and Orthopedic Clinical Specialist with 20 years of experience. He joined Integrative Physical Therapy and Wellness as a partner in 2023.

Britt values the many ways that as a physical therapist he can positively affect someone’s life but believes that improving overall fitness is the single greatest thing he can help someone do to maximize his/her quality of life. Exercise has always been a priority for him personally, as it allows him to manage stress and provide the best version of himself to his family and his patients. He has a special interest in CrossFit.

Outside of the clinic, Britt loves spending time with his wife, daughter, and dog. Together, they enjoy trying new restaurants, being active in their church, traveling, exercising together, reading, and supporting his daughter’s love of ballet.

Laura Mattis, PT, DPT, OCS

Laura Mattis, PT, DPT, OCS

Dr. Laura Mattis earned her Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Health, and Society from Vanderbilt University in 2013 and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Lynchburg in 2018. She completed the Upstream Rehab Institute Orthopaedic Residency in 2019 and achieved her board certification as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in 2020. Dr. Mattis is also a Certified Vestibular Therapist. She joined Integrative Physical Therapy and Wellness in 2025 and primarily serves the Farragut area. 

Dr. Mattis believes in the benefit of strengthening over stretching, and she prides herself on ensuring her patients are performing quality movements with intention to avoid injury and compensation. She focuses on helping clients discover the type of movement they genuinely enjoy—because when exercise feels good, they’re far more likely to stick with it. 

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Mattis enjoys spending time with her two dogs, playing pickleball, playing golf, and bowling with friends. She loves getting outside in the summer sunshine and exploring new places. 

Casey Robinson, PT, DPT, OCS

Casey Robinson, PT, DPT, OCS

Dr. Casey Robinson earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from West Virginia University in 2007 and his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from West Virginia University in 2010. He is an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist with 16 years of experience as a physical therapist and is the proud owner of Integrative Physical Therapy and Wellness.

Dr. Robinson has always believed that exercise is medicine. He values not only the physical benefits of movement, but also the mental benefits it provides, including stress relief, improved mood, and greater clarity to take on the day. He especially enjoys workouts that leave him breathing hard by the end while also feeling refreshed and recharged.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Robinson loves spending time with his wife, two children, and two dogs. As a family, they enjoy skiing, camping, hiking, and spending days on the lake. Much of their free time is also happily spent cheering from the sidelines at baseball fields, soccer fields, football fields, and basketball courts.
